CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A booking is confirmed once the €25 advance payment is received.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel at least 5 days before the shoot, 80 percent of the advance will be refunded

  • If you cancel less than 5 days before the shoot, the advance is non-refundable

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 5 days before the shoot

  • Rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability

  • Once a session is rescheduled, the booking becomes non-refundable

  • Requests made less than 5 days before the shoot are not guaranteed

 

Delays and No Shows

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time

  • If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the session may be cancelled without a refund

Gift Voucher Policy

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • A gift voucher may be transferred to another person, provided the voucher has not been used or redeemed.

  • Refunds for unused gift vouchers are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to the applicable legal right of withdrawal. After this period, gift vouchers are non-refundable.

  • Once a gift voucher has been redeemed and a photography session has been booked, the booking is subject to the standard cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or partially refunded.

  • If the voucher expires without being used, the voucher loses its value and cannot be refunded or extended unless otherwise agreed.
